Our Ethical Foundation
At FRDM, we believe that defending constitutional rights requires the highest standards of ethical conduct. Our commitment to integrity, transparency, and responsibility guides every aspect of our organization, ensuring we serve our members and our mission with unwavering dedication.
Our Commitment
Our Code of Ethics governs our actions and ensures we operate with the utmost professionalism. All employees, board members, and partners are expected to adhere to strict standards of conduct, including maintaining member privacy, ensuring fiscal responsibility with all funds, and engaging in fair and honest dealings with vendors. We are committed to upholding all applicable laws and regulations, placing the interests of our members and our shared cause above all else.
Oversight is provided by an independent Board of Directors and an Ethics Committee, which investigates all reported concerns. We encourage the reporting of any potential ethics violations through our confidential channels, and we strictly prohibit any form of retaliation.
Reporting Ethics Concerns
All reports are handled confidentially and investigated promptly. To report a concern, please contact our Ethics Committee.
